This fully renovated 1 bedroom South Beach vacation condo is located in the middle of the back building on the ground floor. The condo was renovated in July 2007. This spacious 1 bedroom measures around 550 Square feet, it was fully renovated but kept its authenticity. The unit is fully equipped with all items you might need to spend great and relaxing Miami vacations, internet access, TV, stereo, coffee machine, toaster, dinning ware, microwave, hair dryer, iron, bed sheets and towels.
The living room is spacious; there is an adjoining dining area and a full beautiful kitchen with superb new cabinetry. The flooring is covered with modern" Asian" tiles. The living rooms offer a great view of the new pool.
The bedroom has a queen size bed. The new designer's bathroom is very trendy with serene colors and wonderful vanity and plumbing fixtures.
The unit will is very clear, cozy and have very comfortable furniture, it is tastefully decorated. There is a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping. |
